The Group 1 – Turnbull Stakes is the feature event on a star studded 9 race card at Flemington.

The track is currently rated a Good 4. Melbourne is set to see one of it’s hottest days of the year to date and with heavy winds i won’t be surprised to see a track upgrade to a good 3.

The rail is out 7m. With this set up and the likely track conditions expect horses that can settle closer to the speed to have an advantage. As always, watch and assess.
