Breeland had three interceptions (two in the regular season and one in the playoffs) for the Chiefs with two forced fumbles for 114 yards and one touchdown in 2019. Breeland was with the Chiefs for the first time in 2019 after four seasons with the Washington Redskins and one season with the Green Bay Packers. Breeland is 28 years old, and from Allendale, South Carolina.

3) Quinton Dunbar–Seattle Seahawks–The 27 year-old cornerback from Miami was allegedly involved with Baker in the incident in Miramar, Florida. He faces four charges of armed robbery from the illegal dice game according to Frank Schwab of Yahoo! Sports. In 2019, Dunbar played 11 games and had four interceptions for six yards, eight pass deflections, one tackle for a loss, and 37 combined tackles. After five NFL seasons in Washington, he was traded from the Redskins to the Seattle Seahawks on March 23, for a fifth-round draft pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. The Redskins selected linebacker Khaleke Hudson of McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

4) Cody Latimer–Washington Redskins–The 27 year-old wide receiver from Dayton, Ohio has been accused of allegedly firing shots with a gun and hitting a person with a gun after a dispute at a poker game in Englewood, Colorado on May 16. According to Colorado Police, Latimer threatened “to kill everybody.” As a result, Latimer was charged with assault and illegal discharge of a firearm. Latimer had 24 catches for 300 yards and two touchdowns with the Giants in 2019. In 66 games with the Denver Broncos and Giants from 2014 to 2019, Latimer has 70 catches for 935 yards and six touchdowns. He signed a contract with the Redskins from the Giants on March 30.

5) Ed Oliver–Buffalo Bills–The 22 year-old defensive lineman from Houston, Texas was arrested in Houston on Saturday for driving under the influence and unlawfully carrying a handgun according to the Associated Press. Oliver had a fine rookie season with the Bills in 2019. In 16 games, he had 43 combined tackles, five tackles for a loss, five sacks, eight quarterback hits, two pass deflections, and one forced fumble.
