Country Championships South East Qualifier – Sunday 13th Of Feb

The Newhaven Park Country Championships consists of a series of seven races (plus 1 “Wild Card” Race) each held at a club representing one racing region in NSW.
The first and second horse in each regional race will qualify for the $500,000 Newhaven Park Country Championships final to be held at Royal Randwick in Sydney on Day 1 of The Championships, Saturday 2 April 2022.

Nice on pace type. Big win in the highway last start sitting very wide over 1200m, strong through the line. He hit the line very well the start prior on a heavy track over 1200m. Suggests he’ll see out a strong 1400m from on the speed. Draw is tricky but has the speed to cover.
