Country Championships Northern Rivers Qualifier – Sat 12th Of Feb

The Newhaven Park Country Championships consists of a series of seven races (plus 1 “Wild Card” Race) each held at a club representing one racing region in NSW.
The first and second horse in each regional race will qualify for the $500,000 Newhaven Park Country Championships final to be held at Royal Randwick in Sydney on Day 1 of The Championships, Saturday 2 April 2022.

Have found the Stephen Lee trained 5yo Mare on top here over David McColm 3yo Gelding Far Too Easy. She is going great this prep. First-up she finished 2nd 0.5L over 1200m at Eagle Farm running solid times. She then really impressed last start when winning at Doomben running solid times again but even stronger through the line.
