Bulldogs to “throw kitchen sink” at million-dollar Moses
November 21, 2022
The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are set to “throw the kitchen sink” at Mitchell Moses in a bid to plug him right into the heart of the NRL roster Cameron Ciraldo is hard at work turning into a premiership threat.
The Parramatta Eels playmaker is off contract in 2024.

After Moses played a key role in guiding the Eels to the big dance in 2022, however, near-every team is watching closely.
The Bulldogs aren’t just watching closely either: Ciraldo and general manager Gus Gould want to bring the 28-year-old to Belmore as soon as possible. They believe he can be a key cog in their developing lineup.
Canterbury-Bankstown are planning to lure Moses to the project with a $1,000,000 a season pay packet as well as command of the team alongside Matt Burton.
The club powerbrokers are even willing to pack cash onto that deal if Moses still wants to stay at the Eels—upwards of $1,200,00 a year.

According to Phil Rothfield, who broke the news, he may get the captaincy too.
“Canterbury, Gus [Gould], Cameron Ciraldo and their management will throw the kitchen sink at him. They do not have a standout captain for next year the Bulldogs and I wouldn’t be surprised if they threw him the captaincy to try and convince him to sign,” the Telegraph reporter suggested.
Heading into 2023, the club will likely lean on Kyle Flanagan (currently earning $450,000 a year) in the number seven jersey.
Moses would be a significant upgrade on the club’s current options.
Before he joined the Eels, where he’s played 131 games, the 28-year-old started NRL life at the Wests Tigers. He turned out 67 times for the Concord club then left for Sydney’s west in 2017.
The in-demand star has seven caps for Lebanon since around that same time and made his State of Origin debut for New South Wales 16 months ago. Download Our Free NRL App
