Kensington Race 5 – Seleque
- Trainer: C Waller
- Jockey: B Ryan
- Barrier: 3
Seleque ticks a lot of boxes you look for when doing the form for wet tracks. He is fit, races on the speed and has a heavy track record of 2:1-1-0.
Last start he performed well in Saturday grade when he wasn’t suited by a muddling tempo but was solid in finishing 1.5L away in 3rd. Two starts earlier, he couldn’t of been more impressive winning 1st up on a heavy track at Warwick Farm.
Tip: 2 Units Seleque @$4.2 with TopSport
Kensington Race 6 – Off Shaw
- Trainer: B Baker
- Jockey: T Sherry
- Barrier: 6
Off Shaw is another seasoned campaigner racing well that will appreciate the wet surface. He is coming to the end of his prep but looks a great chance to add another win for connections on the quick back up here.
He won in this grade on this track and distance a week ago and will race with the same weight thanks to Tom Sherry’s claim. The bonus is he will go from a good surface to a heavy where his record reads 7:3-1-0.
Tip: 2 Units Win Off shaw @$5
