The Cummings yard will have him wound up for this and if he can get the job done, he will no doubt be aimed at stronger sprint races in the autumn.

Randwick Race 9 – Maotai

I was extremely impressed with the return trial of Maotai where he showed a heap of speed to lead all the way eased down by 2L at Rosehill. Last prep he had form around Paulele, Home Affairs and In the Congo without threatening. This is much easier and it would be very disappointing if he couldn’t figure here.
