Belmont Tip Sheet, Staking Plan and Horses To Follow – Wednesday 23rd September
September 23, 2020
Yet another midweek Belmont meeting that provides little interest from a punting perspective, the conditions are good for racing however, with a good 4 track and the rail out some 18m.
- Our WA Tipping Results Results: +11.7 Units (since 01/07/2020)
Race 1 – 1:49PM FREE ENTRY TO BELMONT PARK MAIDEN (1700m)
2. Outback Jack – 7. Special View – 1. Surveillance – 3. Its A Lance
Outback Jack the only horse out of this entire meeting that really interests me as I think he is a good one. Backs up off 7 days from the debut run over the 1300m, where he was caught 3 deep and made to race wide and circle them with 600m to go, hit a flat spot at the 250m before really getting going again late to run 2nd behind Miyagi by less than a length. Jumps straight to 1700m today and from a much better draw in 1, can stamp his credentials as a potential Derby horse moving forwards with a big performance and think he looks really hard to beat, just a little short at the current $2.45 on offer, stable going well.
Race 2 – 2:24PM QUAYCLEAN HANDICAP (1700m)
6. Sheikh It – 3. Burn One Down – 4. Pretty Friar – 1. Snipsaway
Race 3 – 2:59PM MRS MAC’S MAIDEN (1400m)
11. Reciting – 1. Treasured Crown – 2. Miami City – 9. Rodomonte
Race 4 – 3:35PM TABTOUCH BETTER YOUR BET HANDICAP (1400m)
5. Tycoon Storm – 3. Bogart – 4. Ouqba Ted – 6. Inflation
Race 5 – 4:15PM KIRIN MEGUMI HANDICAP (1300m)
7. Igarashi – 2. Fiery Water – 6. Hip Wiggle – 8. Zadok
Race 6 – 4:55PM AMELIA PARK LODGE HANDICAP (1200m)
2. Grand Design – 8. Bolshoi Gal – 5. Eristic – 9. Simonelly
Race 7 – 5:30PM ALL FLAGS SIGNS & BANNERS HANDICAP (2200m)
