We are almost at Thanksgiving and that is when the NFL season really begins. From here we will start to know which teams are for real and which are pretenders.

I will likely be adding some more picks before the games so make sure to check back.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New York Giants

The Giants have finally ended the Daniel Jones era in New York and Tommy DeVito will start at QB. He is far from NFL standard and I do not expect to see a big leap in performance from the Giants who are now surely tanking and looking for a Jones replacement in the draft.

The Buccaneers are slowly getting healthier and the return of Mike Evans will be a big boost. They can head home from New York with a big win as they still chase down a playoff spot.

Dallas Cowboys @ Washington Commanders

The Cowboys are just playing miserably right now. Nearly all their most important players are injured. The coach is all but fired and the playoffs are gone. They face a Washington team that has struggled against the better teams at times, but have really taken care of the bad teams, and the Cowboys are unfortunately for them, in that group.

Baltimore Ravens @ Los Angeles Chargers

This Chargers have been the surprise package of the season. Justin Herbert has been incredible and Jim Harbaugh has picked up right where he left off at Michigan.

I still believe the Ravens are a flawed team and the defensive issues will haunt them at the end of the season. The Chargers are equipped to handle them and get a big win in the race for the playoffs.

I believe the Eagles are a team we will see emerge as real contenders over this final third of the regular season. They are a well built team that will be a tough task for anyone. They can go into LA and get a big win over an Rams team that has talent but is ultimately flawed.
