Warwick Farm Best Selection & Value Play 5/3
March 4, 2025

Midweek Sydney racing heads to Warwick Farm this Wednesday. Our analyst has found a Waller stayer that had no luck at Canterbury lat star and a Pride gelding dropping back in a grade as the value play.Â
Best Selection: R6- Sting In The Tail
Sting in the Tail was desperately unlucky when 0.2L 2nd over 1900m at Canterbury last start. She copped severe interference after jumping and nearly fell before producing a strong finish to only be grabbed on the post. She is ultra consistent and gets in really well at the weights stepping up to a weak BM72 with only 55.5kg.
Value Selection: R7- Cool Jakey
Cool Jakey was too bad to be true last start at Randwick after really catching the eye late 1st up. A vet examination revealed he had cardiac arrhythmia, which makes the 21L last a total forgive. I can’t not be with him dropping back to midweek grade and coming to peak fitness.
