Trial Review: Horses You Must Follow From The Trials Over The Past Week 22/10
October 22, 2020
Chris Camilleri has taken a look back over the trials of the past week, reviewing the replays and times to come up with three to follow on debut and through their preparation.
Head Of State – Rosehill 16/10
Very professional debut trial by the Chris Waller trained 2YO, jumped nicely to sit on the speed and showed a very nice turn of foot late under no riding running right through the line.
When To Bet
Might have one more trial before hitting the track or could go straight to a 2YO race over 1000m.
Trial 3 over 900m : Overall Time 55.39 Last 600m 34.37
Deep Spring – Rosehill 16/10
Highly impressive first trial this time in by the Hawkes trained gelding, sat three deep throughout and showed a lovely sprint late under no riding.
When To Bet
Ready for the races now after the solo trial and will be breaking its maiden over 1000-1100m.
Trial 7 over 900m : Overall Time 53.74 Last 600m 33.93
Ready To Soar – Rosehill 16/10
Super impressive second trial this time in for the Ryan & Alexiou trained filly, showed her customary early speed to go straight to the front and was never tested to the line winning by nearly 6 lengths.
When To Bet
Ready to fly first up and will be breaking its maiden when resuming over 1000-1100m.
Trial 8 over 900m : Overall Time 53.64 Last 600m 33.67
