A good bet is about more than picking a winner; it is about getting the right horse at the right price. Our analysts weigh up form at the trip, barriers, the speed map and the market before a tip goes out, and anything with too many unanswered questions is left on the cutting-room floor. Friday’s meetings at Port Macquarie and Launceston have been through our analysts’ hands, and two runners have come through as late mail contenders. Scroll down to see which runners made the cut and why we’re backing them.
