  1. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
  2. Tipping competitions are held for certain periods of time (as set by The Website) and are made available to users of The Website which meet certain eligibility criteria set out by each specific competition
  3. Each entrant will be calculated into a position determined by their winning tips.
  4. A user cannot enter a competition after the published competition start time.
  5. Only one entry into a competition per person is permitted. If a user is deemed to have a secondary active account also entered into the competition, their entries will be removed with the exception of the first eligible entry that was made.
  6. Website reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  7. Payments will be made to the winner(s) within 5-7 business days.
  8. The SportChamps competitions are for SportChamps customers only and winnings will be paid to the users SportChamps account.
  9. The Sporting Base retains the right to remove any entry or entries they feel are not acting in the best interest of the competition or are not honest.
  10. The Sporting Base will remove any entry or entries they feel are duplicate entries from another account holder.
  11. Any free month subscription prizes are for the first month which means it must be a new subscription.
  12. As the new options involve margin, points will be decided based on the score at the end of normal time.
  13. In the event of a draw, the winners of the prizes will be decided by who entered their tips first.
