Sandown Hillside Tip Sheet & Staking Plan : Wednesday 18th August
August 18, 2021
Sandown will host another midweek meeting with the Hillside track set for 8 competitive races including a BM78 race to finish the program!
The track is currently rated a Soft 6. Victorians are set to expect a mild day with a top of 15 degrees! There is no rain forecasted and we could see a track upgrade to. Soft 5. Just a touch of juice in the surface.
The rail is out 9m for this meeting. When the rail is out this far on the Hillside track it is better to be drawn middle/wide and making your run down the middle of the track. Look for horses that map midfield with cover.
