Rosehill Best Selection & Value Play 13/11
November 13, 2024
Midweek racing heads to Rosehill for the 3rd meeting in two weeks. Our analyst has found a Godolphin 4yo that looks ready to peak 2nd up and a Waller gelding bringing form lines that tie into Saturday form as the value selection.
Best Selection: R6- Drift Net
Drift Net looks a likely improver 2nd up after being 0.9L 3rd at Kensington 1st up. She looked to peaked on her run the final 100m, which suggests she’ll improve off that run. She caught the eye with 2 sharp trial wins leading up to that run. She does have to step but against the boys but gets a 2kg drop in weight to account for that.
She maps to get the trail across with the leader and should get a nice run in behind. I don’t think this is any stronger than what she competed in last start.

Value Selection: R5- Dazzle Legend
Dazzle Legend was 0.7L off subsequent Saturday winner Battleton last start. That form should hold up here. He maps to get a nice trail behind the leader and should be at peak fitness 4 runs into his prep.
