FORMER Tasmanian apprentice Jackson Radley continued his great recent form with a winning treble at Caulfield.
The third leg came on Coeur Volante and Radley delivered on the faith the Hayes brothers showed in him by letting him ride her despite not being able to claim.
Radley said he was spurred on by this as Team Hayes could easily have used a senior rider.

Radley is in outstanding form having ridden winning doubles at the previous two Saturday city meetings at Sandown on June 13 and Flemington on June 20.
As a three-year-old filly Coueur Volante showed outstanding talent winning the 2023 G2 Tranquil Star Stakes for trainers Mike Moroney and Glenn Thompson.
Now a member of the Lindsay Park team, Coeur Volante recorded her first win in 16 months when she won at Sandown on June 13 and now that she has made it two wins in a row, co-trainer Ben Hayes said they will aim her at the G2 Peter Lawrence Stakes (1400m) in August.
Hayes said the win was a consolation victory as they planned to take Coeur Volante to Brisbane for the G1 Tatt’s Tiara Stakes on Saturday but they couldn’t secure a flight and ran her at Caulfield instead.
“We watched the Tatt’s Tiara go around and we were half hoping to get up there but unfortunately we weren’t able to with flights but this is the next best thing scoring at Caulfield,” Hayes said.
“She’s already a G2 winner so the only way to improve her pedigree is probably placing in a G1 or winning one or winning another G2, so we’ll see.”
Cranbourne trainer Greg Eurell’s two-year-old filly Lucky Brook was the most impressive winner at the meeting after she outclassed her rivals in the opening race over 1000m.

The win followed on from four jump-out victories and Eurell now has his sights set on spring with her.
“The game plan was for her to win a race then put her on ice for spring. We succeeded in doing that and she did it very well,” Eurell said.
“It gives us confidence going towards spring and we’ve got a bit of time to work it out.”
“I thought it was a super effort. Probably the best part is that she has never experienced pressure like that and she pulled through it. She will be much better off for it,” he said.
