Best Selection: R6 Jarrito
Jarrito looks very well placed dropping back in grade after finishing 0.8L 3rd over this trip at Rosehill last start. She was a 1.9L winner over 1000m at Kensington 1st up with both those runs coming on Soft ground. She does have to get it done against the older horses here but she looks to have a class edge over what looks like an average field.
Value Play: R7 Winston Hills
I’m willing to forgive Winston Hills’ average effort on the Heavy at Kensington last start. The start prior, he was ridden upside down leading but still battled on to finish 1.4L 5th at Randwick. His last win did come on this track/distance back in October of 2025. $17 looks a great price to watch him try replicate that.
