Midweek Sydney racing takes place at Kensington this week. Our analyst has picked out a rock-hard fit Waller mare and a country galloper with a last start 2nd behind a subsequent Saturday runner-up over the same track/distance as the value play.

Maquisa ticks a few boxes having the fitness to take on the tough Kensington 1250m. She is proven on Heavy tracks and maps to land in the first 4 without too much risk from Gate 5.
