We’re keen to back Kizlyar, Shockletz & Saint George (each-way)
It’s Cox Plate day at Flemington (Good 4).
1. Kizlyar (R7, 4:20pm AEDT) – The biggest firmer on the card. He’s a Royal Ascot winner with 2 wins from 3 on Good tracks, and scratchings have improved his gate.
2. Shockletz (R9, 5:50pm AEDT) – 3 wins from 8 at Flemington, including the Archer Stakes. Firming everywhere.
3. Saint George (R8 Cox Plate, 5:10pm AEDT) – Each-way value after his Caulfield Cup second. Blinkers on for the first time.
