NFL To Update Helmet Video
August 21, 2018

It will include proper and erroneous applications by game officials. The rule was expanded in May and prohibits players from initiating contact with the helmet. The NFL is hoping the video will bring some clarity and consistency to the rule but we’re not holding our breathe.
