Philly are on the second night of a b2b (3rd game in 4 nights) and they essentially ran a 7 man rotation last night (Reed played 5 mins), and a tight 8 man against the Bulls on Sunday. Doc mentioned he wanted to go deeper into the bench here which means giving his 2 way guys some minutes, which might not work out so well against a Bucks team desperate to get back in the W column.
