Kah’s 100 stuck in the gates

Superstar jockey Jamie Kah remains on 99 after a day to forget at Sandown.

Jamie Kah was at Winx odds to create history and to ride a winner but it wasn’t to be, coming 3rd on a couple of occasions throughout the day.

Murrumbidgee River was awfully close in Race 2 storming home down the outside to finish within a length of the winner whilst Heaven’s Gift also ran a close up third in Race 5.

It was all set for a grandstand finish in the last with Kah jumping aboard favourite National Choice but the gelding couldn’t get near it and finished down the field.

Attention now heads to Caulfield on Saturday where once again she has a strong book of rides in particular in Race 1 with Viviane who is a $5.00 chance in early markets before jumping aboard the favourite Deep Speed in Race 2.

Kah has six other rides on the program and will once again be at short odds to ride a winner throughout the day.
