Midweek racing returns to Sandown where the Hillside track is set to play host to an infrequent 9 race program!

The track is currently rated a Good 4. Victorians are set for a cool day with tops of 21 degrees! There’s nothing on the radar to suggest we should see any track downgrades.

The rail is out 12m for today’s meeting. Last week the rail was out 9m and jockeys elected to ride well off the inside rail. Horses that came toward the middle/outside part of the track looked to have an advantage. Expect the same tomorrow.
