Massive Thursday Night Football match up

Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams in what is sure to be one of the best Thursday games we see all season. The NFC West rivals face off in a game that could go a long way to deciding the division. The Rams looked unstoppable after their win over the Super Bowl Champion Buccaneers but they came back to earth when they were manhandled against the Cardinals. The Seahawks have been up and down but last week’s win over the 49ers keeps them firmly in the race.

Rams passing offence can be the difference

The Rams are an all around good team. They have an excellent defence that is built around Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey. But their offence has really taken a step up with Matthew Stafford. Cooper Kupp has been his number one target but there has been a lot of talk about Robert Woods and getting him the ball more and I choose to believe it. Up against this woeful Seahawks defence they could have their way.

The Seahawks have so much talent – on offence – but they are just too inconsistent to beat a team like the Rams right now. People will be down on the Rams after last week but it happens so often after a big win the week before so I can ignore that.
