Eye catcher late first-up at Canterbury on heavy over the 1250m. He ran some exceptional late splits and is better suited over this trip. He bolted in first-up last prep on soft before pulling up lame second-up again on soft. Relishes the wet and in good order this prep. Gets back but assisted by the good speed here.
