Relished the 1400m last start at Newcastle winning from well back behind a slow speed. Ran some superb late splits. Handles the wet and will get his chance here with good speed on.

Resumed well hitting the line strongly first-up in a smart BM72 at Gosford over the mile. Has competitive figures and good finishes on both wet tracks and it Rosehill. Gets in light with the 3kg claim which is a bonus on the heavy track.
