F1: Emilia-Romagna Race Tips & Insights
May 18, 2025

Oscar Piastri will start from poll position in the Emilia-Romagna today but will he be able to turn that into a race win or will Max Verstappen steal victory? Get our insights and tips for fastest lap, top 10, top 3 & race win markets below.
There may have only been 0.034 between Piastri & Verstappen but will the McLaren be too quick under race conditions?
We’ll give you our thoughts on who will win below.
Fastest Lap
Piastri to claim the fastest lap looks the obvious bet at $2 but there is definitely good value in a small bet on both Ferrari’s as they are clearly starting out of position and we expect at least one driver to fit the hard tyre to run further into the race in the hope of a safety car at the right time.
If the safety car doesn’t arrive at the right time then they will be fitting the medium tyres late in the race which should make them clearly faster than any other cars on the track.
Both drivers currently sit at $26 and look a great bet.

There is never a lot of value in the prices when it comes to a podium finish but we are definitely keen on Russell to finish on the podium as he was only 0.1 seconds behind Verstappen in qualifying and we feel like the Mercedes has been a much better car in race conditions this year.
Race Winner
We’re pointing out the obvious here but it is hard to go past Piastri as he only needs to stay out of trouble in the first two corners then he should sail off into the distance pretty quickly.
The price is too short at $1.40 but we’re very keen on the $3.25 for the winning margin to be over 10 seconds.
Multi Bet
We’re going BIG with our multi with a price of a whopping $126 but we’re confident we can go close at the very least.
We want Piastri to win, Norris to finish second, Russell to finish third & Hamilton to get fastest lap @ $126.
