Behemoth ridden by Craig Williams wins the Magic Millions Memsie Stakes at Caulfield Racecourse on August 29, 2020 in Caulfield, Australia. (George Salpigtidis/Racing Photos)
The first Group 1 of the year and you can smell the Autumn Carnival in the air! It’s CF Orr Stakes day at Caulfield and we have a cracking 9 race program ahead of us!
The track is currently rated a Good 4. Victorians are set for a warm day with tops of 27 degrees! Expect the track to stay well within the good range and possibly get to a 3.
The rail is in the true position for this meeting. Recently, Caulfield has favored on speedrunners and I expect the same to take place today due to the heat and expected firmness of the track.
