Chris Waller would have been thrilled with his return. He ran his last 600 metres in 33.41 seconds and his last 200 metres in 11.32 seconds. The son of Pierro will be much better suited over a longer trip.
NO COMPROMISE
Chris Waller said he was going well but even he wouldn’t have expected a run like that where he put his stablemate and fellow stayer who was also resuming Soulcombe in the shade.
