2022 NFL Week 4 Preview: Our Expert Tips & Staking Plan

It has been a tough start to the season, but these are the swings of sports betting. I am putting in the hours each week and have no doubt that we will be back on the right side of things soon. These downswings happen each season, but this one has just come early.

Minnesota Vikings @ New Orleans Saints (In London)

The first of the International Series games is here, meaning an early start. The Saints are struggling with a number of injuries, most notable being Jameis Winston. With the strength of the Saints defence, and weakness of their offence, there is unlikely to be many points in this one.

Buffalo Bills @ Baltimore Ravens

The marquee game of the week. Two great offences, but for me, this comes down to the matchup. The Bills defence should be able to get a lot more pressure than the Ravens, and those extra stops should be the difference.

Chicago Bears @ New York Giants

Two teams that are not exactly high on many people’s lists, but the Giants have shown some real signs of life. The Bears continue to struggle on offence and while this may not be a classic, the Giants, at home, should have enough to come out on top.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Bucs continue to underwhelm this season. They still have injury issues, even if Godwin and Jones can go, they will be less than 100%. The run game has not got going too well so far at all. The Chiefs had one great game, but have also been a little sluggish of late. Betting the side here is tough. I would lean towards Tampa Bay because of their phenomenal defence, but it is the total here that really appeals.

Los Angeles Rams @ San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers were pretty poor last week in Garoppolo’s first start of the season, but he was certainly shaking off the rust and should be a lot better this week. It is always good to back these teams when the public perception of them is low. The 49ers defence is so good that it should cause Matt Stafford lots of problems all day long. San Francisco have an incredible record against LA and can continue that here.
